James C. Davies practises in the areas of financial institution litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency. He has extensive litigation experience and has acted for a broad range of clients including financial institutions, receivers, liquidators, court appointed monitors and trustees in bankruptcy. James has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and has also participated in alternative methods for resolving disputes.
