This pre-contractual involvement allows us to give effect to long-term strategy, planning and tax mitigation. By playing a critical role in the pre-contractual stage, we help mitigate potential liabilities and pitfalls. These benefits normally come at a price in addition to the commission paid to the Real Estate Brokerage. By being Affiliated with the brokerage, we can provide full legal service to the transaction, with fees and disbursements to be agreed upon, deducted by Direction from the same industry standard commission payable to the Broker. We become the optimal blend of full legal service being provided a traditional brokerage driven sale.
We are always independently retained and by agreement only, our fees for services can be deducted from standard commissions paid the Brokerage www.ReaLawState.com by Direction. We become part of one team with one goal all paid for by the commission and our systems for documentation preparation delivers integrated contracts.
There are no referral fees associated with this Affiliation and we are not the sole providers of legal services to clients of the brokerage.
Integration of service on a pre-contractual basis allows for objectively helping clients consider advice given by third party and non-Affiliated agents, lenders, mortgage and insurance brokers, and other professionals necessary in real estate transactions ensuring that the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and ancillary documentation contains conditions that reflect the client’s instructions and interests.
