We have provided strategic project advice, drafted policies, lobbied, and negotiated numerous agreements and documents related to land development or litigation. We have led and managed teams of consultants and have obtained successful environmental assessments, necessary environmental approvals and permits, and ensured regulatory compliance under municipal, provincial and federal environmental regimes.
